Terms and Conditions

CALLS TO FLIGHTCASE WAREHOUSE MAY BE RECORDED FOR TRAINING & MONITORING PURPOSES

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 All goods are supplied by Flightcase Warehouse Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) strictly subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 By placing an order, the purchaser (“you”, “the customer”) confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

1.3 No variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Flightcase Warehouse Ltd.

2. RESERVATION OF TITLE

2.1 Title to the goods shall not pass to the customer until Flightcase Warehouse Ltd has received payment in full for all sums due, whether in respect of the goods supplied or any other amounts owed.

2.2 Where payment by instalments has been expressly agreed, title to none of the goods supplied shall pass until the final instalment has been paid in full.

2.3 Until title passes, the customer shall:

  • Hold the goods as bailee for Flightcase Warehouse Ltd;
  • Bear all risks associated with the goods;
  • Insure the goods against loss or damage.

2.4 The customer may sell the goods in the ordinary course of business as agent for Flightcase Warehouse Ltd. All proceeds of sale shall be held in trust for Flightcase Warehouse Ltd and shall not be mixed with other funds.

2.5 Flightcase Warehouse Ltd reserves the right to repossess the goods at any time prior to title passing and may enter the customer’s premises for this purpose, with or without notice.

2.6 We reserve the right to set off any sums owed by us to the customer against any sums owed by the customer to us.

3. CREDIT ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

3.1 Credit facilities are subject to approval and satisfactory credit references.

3.2 Until approval is granted, all orders shall be invoiced on a pro forma basis.

3.3 Payment terms for approved credit accounts shall be as stated on the invoice.

3.4 Late payments may be subject to statutory interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. PRICES AND VAT

4.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

4.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 All items undergo a quality control inspection prior to dispatch.

5.2 Customers must inspect all goods and packaging before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

5.3 Where damage is visible, the customer must:

  • Refuse the delivery; or
  • Sign the POD clearly marked “DAMAGED”.

5.4 If the driver refuses to wait while the parcel is inspected, the POD must be marked “Driver refused to wait”.

5.5 Signing the POD without qualification confirms that the goods were received in acceptable condition. Any subsequent damage claims may be rejected by both the courier and Flightcase Warehouse Ltd.

5.6 If Flightcase Warehouse Ltd arranges collection of returned goods, only one collection attempt will be made. Any failed collection will become the customer’s responsibility.

5.7 International shipments are supplied on DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms. The customer is responsible for all local taxes, duties, and customs charges.

6. SHIPPING

6.1 UK mainland deliveries are shipped on a next working day service unless otherwise stated.

  • Stock items ordered before 14:00 will be dispatched the same working day.
  • Manufactured cases are subject to stated lead times.

6.2 We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier based on size, weight and destination.

6.3 Tracking information will be provided by email upon dispatch.

6.4 Timed deliveries (e.g. pre-10:30, pre-noon, Saturday) are available on request and subject to additional charges.

Offshore UK Destinations

(Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands)

6.5 Standard UK mainland rates do not apply. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

European & International Shipping

6.6 Smaller items are priced at checkout. Larger items require a manual shipping quotation. No payment will be taken until shipping costs are approved.

Customer Collection

6.7 A collection time will be agreed by our sales team once the order has been processed.

7. RETURNS

7.1 Fightcase Warehouse will refund or exchange any item the customer is not satisfied with. The item must be returned to Flightcase Warehouse 14 days from original delivery date. Item must be in ‘as new’ condition with all original packaging intact. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the item is properly packaged on return to Flightcase Warehouse

7.2 If the item is returned after 14 working days a 15% handling fee will be incurred.

If the items are damaged or faulty, photographic proof must be provided.

All returns must be authorised by The Flightcase Warehouse, who will issue the customer with a returns number.  Failure to gain authorisation will result in a handling fee being incurred.

The returns number will be sent via email and a collection time will be agreed between Flightcase Warehouse and customer.

If the item is damaged and the procedure detailed in item 1 has been followed with the courier, The Flightcase Warehouse will arrange collection of the item and cover all shipping costs

If you receive an incorrect item which is fault of The Flightcase Warehouse. Flightcase Warehouse will pay return shipping costs.

If a collection date has been agreed and you fail to inform FCW by 11am on the day of collection that you want to change the delivery date, you will become liable to arranging the return of the goods. Flightcase Warehouse will only attempt one collection.

Returns can be made using a courier of the customer’s choice or via Royal Mail.  The Flightcase Warehouse can arrange collection on the customer’s behalf, quotations are available on request.

The product must come back in the same condition it left and in its original packaging.

Once we have received item(s) a refund will be issued via the original method of payment.

We must be notified within 3 days of any faulty or damaged parcels

PLEASE NOTE: Custom built cases – No refunds will be accepted on custom built cases that are specifically designed for the customer unless it is fault of the Flightcase Warehouse who will cover all the costs and have a new case or cases dispatched with the wrong flight case or cases collected, within an agreed time.

Expect to receive your refund with 5 working days of the return of the product.

8. PAYMENT SECURITY

9.1 All card transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology.

9.2 Card details are not stored in plain text on our systems.

9. GUARANTEE

9.1 Manufactured-to-order cases are supplied with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

9.2 The warranty excludes:

  • Fair wear and tear;
  • Misuse or abuse;
  • Castors and internal foam.

9.3 We reserve the right to inspect goods prior to approving any warranty claim.

10. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

10.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Flightcase Warehouse Ltd.

10.2 Orders may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability;
  • Payment authorisation failure;
  • Pricing or description errors;
  • System or supplier issues;
  • Delivery restrictions.
